Personal History

My name is Joanne Jones and I am a graduate of Greenwich University in London England. I graduated in Garden Design in 2007. As part of my final year's work I designed this park (Egerton Park, Bexhill on Sea) in the UK.
I really enjoyed the 'problem solving' involved in planning a public space, especially trying to resolve the conflicting needs of the local population.

  3. Nice! Perfect that we've got a garden expert among us. It's a great sourse for the studio. I also like that you are working with water in a sustainable way.

I think all landscapes can be looked at as one big garden. You have the boarders, the cultivated areas, the wild areas, the areas waiting to be planted, the compost, the pathways, the artwork, the installtions etc.

    Good luck with assignmant 1!
