EMERGING URBAN TERRITORIES
The course studies emerging urbanized fields in the Oslo region, specifically investigating a sample of territory enclosed between the city of Lillestrøm and Gardermoen airport. Projects will explore the relationship between landscape, infrastructures and urban development in order to unveil the potential for new landscape and architectural transformations. The course shall develope operative parameters for Landscape architecture based on the contextual and site specific characteristics, and hence inform individual projects for the design of new landscape, infrastructural and architectural structures.Welcome!
