My name is Christian and I am a 5th year student of architecture at AHO. I worked as a chef for many years before I took the slightly radical decision to study architecture instead. Exept from the obvious differences, both subjects are in many ways based on composition.

For the two last semesters I have attended the "Studio B3" course here at AHO, which has a rather experimental approach to architecture and usually ends up with investigations into the terminology and elements of architectual understanding. The first investigation is focused on movement and sequense in architecture. The second investigation is focused on natural patterns and selfstructuring as a strategy of design.

  1. Great Christian. Keep your very conceptual approach, it is extremely important within any design project to have the ability to abstract a clear formulation of your ideas. The use of terminology is also crucial, and good projects are always the ones that challenge the use of existing terminologies uder the urge to create new ones :-) So please keep this approach within this new project of yours!
